TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for purchasing a Stowe Cargo Management System (the “Stowe Product”). Please read this document carefully as it describes what is covered by your Cargo Solutions Group, LLC (“Cargo Solutions”) limited warranty for your Stowe Product, warranty procedures, exclusions from coverage and warranty limitations.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Subject to the exclusions and limitations below, Cargo Solutions warrants to you, the original retail purchaser of a Stowe Product, that: Our Stowe Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship arising from normal use for a period of three (3) years from your retail date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of the Stowe Product and original installation. Your original sales receipt will serve as the proof of purchase for this warranty. The repair or replacement of parts or the performance of services by Cargo Solutions or its dealers or distributors will not extend the term of this warranty beyond the above period. Cargo Solutions reserves the right to modify Stowe Products from time to time without assuming an obligation to modify products previously manufactured. This warranty only applies to private use and specifically excludes commercial applications.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty does not cover, and you are solely responsible for defects resulting from, improper installations, neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, alteration or removal of parts or components, additions of equipment and/or accessories not supplied by Cargo Solutions, deterioration of the finish due to improper maintenance, weather related damage and/or exposure to chemicals. Please refer to our Care and Cleaning Instructions for the panel on our website, as many chemicals will permanently discolor the surface of the panel. Paint or other damage to your truck is not covered under this warranty. When operating your vehicle, always keep the covers in the full closed position.Except as provided in this limited warranty, to the extent allowed by law, Cargo Solutions expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or limits the duration of these warranties to the limited warranty period described above. In addition, you agree that in no event shall Cargo Solutions or its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees or agents, including dealers or distributors, be liable for indirect, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for injury or loss of life or any other claim of any kind resulting from Stowe Products or their use or misuse, whether the basis of such liability is breach of contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence and strict liability), statutory or any other legal theory whatsoever. Cargo Solutions’ liability in all events shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price for the Stowe Product from Cargo Solutions or its authorized dealers or distributors. Some State laws may not allow for warranty limitations of liability or damages so the above limitations may not apply to you. No individual or entity, including Cargo Solutions’ authorized dealers and distributors, has been given authority by Cargo Solutions to make any affirmation, representation or warranty regarding the Stowe Product, other than those contained in this limited warranty, and if made, shall not be enforceable against Cargo Solutions. Cargo Solutions’ sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is limited to (i) repairing or replacing the defective Stowe Product or applicable components; or (ii) refunding the purchase price for the defective Stowe Product, at Cargo Solutions’ discretion. All repairs and replacements must be made by an authorized Cargo Solutions dealer under the direction of Cargo Solutions. For warranty claims on internet purchases, contact Cargo Solutions directly for instructions. The authorized dealer will process your claim and make necessary repairs or replacements. Personal identification, proof of purchase and proof of ownership of the original truck and Stowe Product are required for all warranty claims. Any action, claim or lawsuit against Cargo Solutions for failing to repair or replace a defective Stowe Product or refund the purchase price in accordance with the terms described above in this Section must be brought within one (1) year (unless applicable law specifies a shorter time) of the alleged breach giving rise to the claim or be forever barred. Any limitation period to the contrary is waived. Cargo Solutions maintains the highest possible standards of manufacturing and quality control. Accordingly, it expects its dealers to adhere to a similar standard when installing its product and upholding this warranty. This limited warranty shall be governed by Michigan law and applies only to product usage in the 48 contiguous US states and Canada.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

When you place an order with Stowe, you will receive an email confirming your order. Stowe will follow up with another email letting you know that your order has been shipped and how to track the shipments status.

We do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous US states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / DELIVERY

We do not provide international shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please call customer service in advance to obtain an RMA number. The product must be in new condition, never installed and returned in the unopened original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and a $100 re-stocking fee. Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. As part of doing business, we collect only information that is required for us to provide you with the products and services you request. Stowe does not sell customer information. Stowe Cargo Systems may provide links to other websites. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of all sites that you visit, including those whose links reside on our website. Stowe is not responsible for the privacy statements, content, or data handling practices on other websites. When you provide personal information to us, Stowe may use that information to provide you with special offers, promotions, general information or other customer service related information. You can opt-out of email distributions from Stowe by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website. By the use of our site, you consent to the privacy policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time; any such revisions will be posted to this site.

Safeguarding your information is important to us. We use systems, policies, and procedures to maintain accuracy of information and to protect information from loss, misuse, or alteration. Whenever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.
